Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles (backend, frontend, data, AI).
  • Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels.
  • Conduct initial screenings and structured interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Coordinate interview processes and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Use ATS and AI tools to track candidates and improve recruitment efficiency.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing and screening strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience hiring for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Engineers, AI roles).
  • Strong understanding of modern tech stacks (e.g., Laravel, Node.js, Python, cloud environments).
  • Experience conducting structured interviews and candidate evaluations.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Intermediate level of English (B1+) or higher.
