Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles (backend, frontend, data, AI).
- Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels.
- Conduct initial screenings and structured interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Coordinate interview processes and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Use ATS and AI tools to track candidates and improve recruitment efficiency.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing and screening strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience hiring for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Engineers, AI roles).
- Strong understanding of modern tech stacks (e.g., Laravel, Node.js, Python, cloud environments).
- Experience conducting structured interviews and candidate evaluations.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Intermediate level of English (B1+) or higher.
